Meet the Team

Mikki brings over 45 years of dental industry expertise to our practice, offering a unique blend of clinical knowledge and leadership. Originally from Syracuse, NY, she spent the first 20 years of her career as a dental hygienist, building a deep understanding of patient care from the chairside. After an 11-year hiatus from the field, she returned to her career and transitioned into a dental front-office role in 2003 and management in 2015.

Mikki’s absolute favorite part of her job is connecting with our patients and ensuring everyone who walks through our doors receives the highest level of care and compassion. She takes extra pride in creating a warm, welcoming environment, making it her personal mission to ensure every visit is a comfortable, relaxing, and stress-free experience.

Outside of the office, Mikki loves traveling and taking long walks. Above all, she treasures spending quality time with her three children and six grandchildren.

Born and raised in Chula Vista, Oscar graduated from Southwestern College’s Dental Hygiene program in 2019 and went on to earn his Expanded Functions license from West Los Angeles College in 2025. Fluent in both English and Spanish, Oscar is passionate about providing high-quality, comprehensive care while helping every patient feel comfortable, informed, and confident throughout their dental experience. With a gentle approach and attention to detail, he is dedicated to making every visit a positive one.

Outside of the dental office, Oscar is a proud husband and father of two. When he’s not caring for patients, you can find him mountain biking, lifting weights, or competing in arm wrestling. His active lifestyle and competitive spirit keep him busy both in and outside of the office!

Judy has been a registered dental assistant in the United States since 1989 and brings decades of experience and a genuine passion for providing exceptional patient care. Throughout her career, she has had the opportunity to learn from and be mentored by many wonderful dentists, experiences that have helped shape her approach to dentistry and patient care.

Originally from the Philippines, Judy speaks fluent Filipino and enjoys connecting with patients from all backgrounds. She has been a valued member of Dr. Crafton’s team since 2016 and is excited to continue caring for the patients she has grown to know and love at the office.

Outside of dentistry, Judy enjoys spending time with her family, especially her husband, daughter, and grandson. She also enjoys volunteering through her local church and expressing her creativity through sewing, crafting, and creating beautiful flower arrangements.

A registered dental hygienist since 2011, Tiffany is passionate about helping her patients achieve and maintain optimal oral health through gentle, thorough, and personalized care. With a strong focus on preventive dentistry, she strives to make every hygiene visit a positive, comfortable, and educational experience.

Tiffany has been a valued member of our team for the past 10 years and takes pride in caring for generations of longtime patients while welcoming new patients into the practice. Her warm and caring approach helps patients feel comfortable while empowering them to take an active role in their oral health.

Outside of the office, Tiffany is devoted to her family and especially enjoys spending time with her sons. She loves staying active and enjoying the outdoors, whether camping with her family or cheering her sons on from the sidelines.
